One of the best things about being a teacher is having summers off...and what's even better than that is when your husband has summers off too! 10 weeks off together is priceless and precious! We usually spend our summers back in the states; traveling around visiting family and friends and spending time outdoors. This summer we were unfortunately not able to go home to the states since we are expecting twins in early September! Although we were initially disappointed and upset about not being able to travel, we have made the most of it and have surprisingly had a WONDERFUL summer with plenty of pool time, one-on-one time with Leif, naps, relaxation, series watching, baby nesting projects, and a two week visit from Grandma Ricks!
